Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every ZAWI TECH account, order and payment. For questions write to hello@zawitech.com

1. Accounts

  • One ZAWI TECH account gives access to the client portal, the growth panel and the API. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API key confidential.
  • Account details must be accurate. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse, chargeback activity or impersonation.

2. Wallet & payments

  • Your wallet holds a single balance in USD. Every order is charged from that balance at the moment it is confirmed.
  • Wallet balance is for use on the ZAWI TECH platform. It is not transferable between accounts and is not a deposit account.
  • Where a payment is taken in another currency, the amount charged is converted at the rate shown at checkout.

3. Orders & delivery

  • Delivery times shown on each service are estimates and depend on the destination platform. Service descriptions and prices may change, and the version shown when you order applies.
  • The target link must remain public and unchanged during delivery. Private, deleted or edited targets can cause an order to fail without a refund.
  • Do not place overlapping orders on the same target while an order is still processing.

4. Refunds & refills

  • Orders cancelled before processing are refunded in full to your wallet. Partial delivery returns the undelivered portion to your wallet.
  • Completed orders are not refundable. Where a service includes a refill guarantee, you may request a refill inside the stated window.

5. Acceptable use

  • You may not use the platform for illegal, hateful, deceptive or infringing content, nor to target accounts you do not own or have permission to promote.
  • Abusing the API, bypassing rate limits or manipulating wallet balances ends in suspension. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches this section or the rules of the destination platform.

6. API & reseller use

  • API keys are personal to your account and must be stored server-side. Any activity performed with your key is treated as yours.
  • Resellers set their own end-customer pricing and remain responsible for their customers' content and claims.

7. Liability & changes

  • Service delivery depends on third-party platforms, so we cannot guarantee outcomes such as retention, ranking or business results. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount charged for that order.
  • These terms may be updated. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised version.
